Anthony “Tony” LoGiudice


Anthony LoGiudice founded the company in 1973 after proudly serving in the United States Navy. In addition to being a Naval officer, he also spent time working with the Merchant Marines as a tug boat Captain. For nearly 50 years, his strong work ethic and value-centered leadership have guided the CBS/ABS family. The LoGiudice Family Foundation, established at the start of the company, has helped better the lives of so many employees and their families. Tony’s foundation, alongside his kindness and generosity, have set the stage for the company’s family-centric atmosphere, which has been the hallmark of ABS/CBS. His leadership continues to inspire hundreds of employees to work hard each day to satisfy the needs of our many customers.

Tom Harrigan

Vice President of Operations, Corporate Building Service, Inc.

Tom Harrigan joined the CBS family in 2015 after nearly 50 years in operations in the movie theatre sector. Throughout his career he managed all aspects of business management and ownership, all the while having an operational focus. At the heart of his management style is treating all employees with the same gratitude and respect he treats customers.

Ken Frey

As a dynamic and results-driven sales leader for CBS, Inc., Ken Frey prides himself on exceptional client service and cultivating strong relationships. With decades of national sales and marketing experience for other industry leading companies, Ken possesses the drive, focus and determination to lead our strategic sales efforts.

Robert Haight

Senior Project Manager, Corporate Building Service, Inc.

With extensive experience in the construction, planning, and management of both large and small scale projects, Robert has been a member of the CBS team since 2010. He has held General Contractors’ licenses and worked in over 25 states, and formerly owned and operated his own construction and concrete business in Hillsdale, NY.  Since 2012, he has served as Chairman of the Copake, NY Planning Board.

For over 30 years, Steve Galluccio has served as a financial executive across several industries including Janitorial Service, Construction, Information Technology and Travel, for both small and large multinational companies. With a love for numbers and spreadsheets, Steve’s areas of financial expertise include operations, technology, insurance, and banking.
